Child Bicycle Safety Grim Warning Issued by Keystone Club
Keystone Automobile Club in Maryland warned motorists and parents about rising bicycle fatalities. About 500 people died last year in bike related crashes, 350 aged 5 to 14, 70 aged 15 to 24. Recommendations call for bikes in good condition with lights, riders obeying signs, and motorists staying alert, especially near schools and after hours.
