A Maryland General Assembly act repeals and reenacts section five of article eighteen clerks of courts authorizes cross county executions with docket copies and nulla bona affidavits. estates not liable for lands outside original county. Separate chapter authorizes life insurance policies for wives children dependents or creditors and transfers ownership free from insureds creditors. Approved 1878 with confirmations from speakers governors and clerks.
