Idlewilde Lake restoration eyed for town recreation
Town sportsmen push to restore Idlewilde Lake at the northeast edge of town as a public recreation site. The lake, once the peninsula’s largest artificial body and a source of hydro power, was abandoned after a merger and dam disuse.
