Twenty five years ago in Wilmington on Tuesday night March 27 the Liden's Women's Club met at Mrs William Liden's home. Miss Spafford and Mrs Walling gave dress cutting instructions. Most members attended one new member joined. Refreshments were served and the group adjourned to meet April 12 at Mrs Elon Wright's. Mrs Ida S Hollingsworth 64 widow of Thomas H Hollingsworth died at Emergency Hospital Easton after an emergency operation. She had long resided in Denton and ran a millinery shop serving Caroline and neighboring counties. Funeral at Christ Protestant Episcopal Church Denton at 2 pm Monday.
