In Caroline County Maryland Circuit Court for Equity case No. 5076 seeks a decree for sale of the real estate of Louis Marshall Hooper, deceased, six acres in Caroline County. The suit names Eleanor de Acosta Hooper, widow and incompetent, at Hudson River State Hospital. Magdalena Mansfield as committee. Annie M. Nashold administratrix. and Ernest L. Saunders, Sr. as non resident, with NYC NY and Delmar NY addresses cited.
