Of this 73090,000 had been earmarked for the Fifth Regiment Armory, with other obligations totaling $892,000 due by April 1. The expected receipts before then would bring the total to meet liabilities to about $796,000, leaving a deficit of $96,000. The meeting urged strict economy.
