Missionary From Congo To Visit Easton District
The Rev. Elwood R. Bartlett, a missionary of The Methodist Church in the Belgian Congo, will tour the Easton District during January 11 18. He will address churches and on January 12 speak to the Caroline County Sub-District Youth Rally at Union Church Federalsburg. Bartlett, superintendent of the Springer Institute in the Congo, discusses Africa post colonial development and the Congo future in world economy. The Rev. John Irwin of Preston leads the district itinerary.
