The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders and Directors of The Denton Cemetery Association will be held Monday, January 11 at 2.30 p.m. in the Law Building offices of Lawrence B. Towers in Denton, Maryland, to transact business. President Lawrence B. Towers signs the notice.

In the Circuit Court for Caroline County equity matter No 2968 Chy Fred R Owens assignee reports a property sale for 3000 dollars. The order dated December 31 1931 requires publication in a Caroline newspaper for four weeks and sets a March 3 1932 deadline to show cause. Clerk T Clayton Horsey signs the order.
