Memorial Hospital Easton reports visitor activity as families arrive from Cheswold Delaware and Long Island New York. The Learned and Blanch families, Mrs. McClintock, Covingtons, Mooneys, and the Towers circle gather at homes and Atlantic City for extended visits. Audrey Smith and Barbara continued visits noted.
Hardike of Baltimore and other guests attended events around Ridgely last week. The town hosted a fine carnival parade with eighteen fire companies and bands, prize winners including Rock Hall best band and Greensboro best appearance, judged by a panel. VFW Drill Team from Easton entertained, as committee heads led by M. L. Sutton oversaw logistics and narration.
