At Carroll County 4-H council opening, Esther Hedderich resigned as club leader. Hedderich serves on the county 4-H executive board. The group discussed forming a chorus and appointed Hufford Crown and Faye Kirkpatrick to organize it. A roll call of clubs was taken.
