Complete tickets were filed by both parties last Saturday for a city election in November. Costs are argued to be under 400 dollars with ward board limits of 50 dollars each. Democrats filed first and Republicans followed, asserting the election serves self government and voter rights. The Democrat ticket lists Mayor A C Clauser and others. the Republican ticket includes Mayor F H Robinson and Talmar Arnold among others.

Amick, and Mary Hinkle, directed by Miss McCarty with pipe organ by Miss Marion Brevier and piano by Mrs. John Sanders. A duet by Mrs. Charles Crowl and Miss Lulu Fauber closes the program, followed by recitations and songs from the intermediate and primary departments trained by Mrs. Breichbeil. 10:45 a.m. the Easter message will be delivered by Rev. Findley.
Pre Easter services have been held nightly at the Church of the Brethren. On Easter Sunday Rev. C. A. Wright of Indianapolis will present an illustrated message to children and participate with his family in the Sunday School program at 7 00 P M. All are welcome.
Rev. George Moaba of Brookston Federated Church will address the Easter service at Pas-Time Hall in the L. E. Meyers Camp Oakdale. A Brookston quartet will provide music for the event as plans proceed.
D. L. Keene and Buel Ulm headline the first ward slate with Melvin Deeter in the second ward Charles Gros in the third ward Garfield Shaffer in the fourth and Yantis Wells named for the fifth ward as voters await formal ballots.
Rev Moaba will speak on the Holy Land and Damascus his birthplace, weaving modern topics into the sermon. The public is invited to attend the service which starts at three o'clock Sunday afternoon.
An Easter service with the celebration of the sacramental supper will be held at the Lutheran church on Union St Sunday afternoon at 2 30 P M conducted by the Rev H E Stuehm of Logansport.

Easter Sunday at the Methodist Episcopal Church features a 9 30 A M Sunday School led by Forest Ort, 10 30 A M Morning Worship with sermon Walking in Newness of Life, baptism and reception of members, 6 30 P M Epworth League, and a 7 30 P M sacred concert directed by Mrs Edythe Sanderson. The pastor invites all to participate for blessing.

Easter at St Josephs Church features 8:00 a m early mass and 10:00 a m high mass with a special choir program led by Miss C Lamb and featuring the Dawn was Purpling Oer The Sky and several liturgical selections by M Rossi W Wilkins J Wiegand and others. Arrangements are under way for the Ninth District Federation of Clubs meeting at the Presbyterian Church in Delphi on April 24. Delphi city installs nine electric sirens on city buildings to emit fire alarms across eight districts. The historic bell will be repurposed for minor duties and the system will be operated by Carroll Telephone Co with a $700 factory cost plus installation charges.

A contract with C B Rice covers 5000 yards of gravel at 15 cents per yard with 2500 yards due December 1925 and 2500 yards due June 1926. Agreements outline work on Slusser road with Usher and Huddleson. Petitions on Michael Guckien et al road in Washington township and Orvil Goslee road in Jefferson township. Goslee petition amended for cement section in Yeoman. Estimates called for concrete slab on Rohrabaugh road walls on Strain road Bowie road Jer vis and Clark roads and two walls for Brown bridge. New order requires future roads to be 34 feet wide. Notices to contractors to be published this month for Sake Brown and Allen roads.
Mrs. Russell Kramer of Frankfort, district chairman, releases the Ninth District Federation of Clubs program for the Delphi meeting on April 24.
