Car crashes Delco trashman severing his legs
A 26-year-old Glenolden man, Stephen Graham, was loading rubbish when a silver Fiat struck his trash truck on Route 352 near Wyncroft Road at 5 10 am. Surgeons at Crozer Chester Medical Center failed to reattach both legs after a six hour operation. The driver, Luther Tyler Jr., 45, of Sharon Hill, sustained injuries and remained in serious condition at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Police said the car did not stop or go around the truck and no charges have been filed while the investigation continues. Graham is the son in law of Ralph W Laxton, owner of Laxton Enterprises.
