Police reveal a masked white male in his early 20s, wearing a ski mask and gloves, gained entry by knocking on doors in a one-block Parkside area near Crozer Gray Mulberry and Beechwood. Teen-aged girl assaulted near Monsignor Bonner High School
A 16 year-old girl was attacked by a ski masked man near Monsignor Bonner High School yesterday at about 1 pm as she walked across the basketball court toward a path by Naylor's Run Park. The suspect, a white male 18 to 20, 5 11, wearing cut off blue jeans and a grey shirt, pulled her into bushes and assaulted her but did not rape. Police conducted an unsuccessful search around the park and campus. The girl was treated and released at Delaware County Memorial Hospital.
