Former Haverford contractor guilty of spousal rape
Harold Arnold, now in Philadelphia, was found guilty in a one day non jury trial of rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse involving Faith Arnold 31. Prosecutors will seek sentencing under the firearm mandatory minimum law. The incident occurred four months after the couple legally separated after 9 years of marriage. Arnold remains free on 10 percent of a 50000 bail pending sentencing with no date set.
