Survived by wife Helen Clarke two sons Philip Jr and David four daughters Susan Barbara Tracey and one more at home, brother Lt Col Frank D Turner stationed Fort Myers. CARP advocates continue push for Tinicum development plan
Area residents and CARP members heard two young consultants from the Philadelphia area present in depth studies by University of Pennsylvania graduates on a master plan for the Tinicum Environment Center. State Police continue to press the hunt for a white male, 20 to 30, 5 feet 11 inches, about 200 pounds, blond shoulder length hair, snake tattoo and ring. He wore blue jeans with a bee on the left thigh during the June 8 assault in a Knowlton Road home, when the victim was alone before 2 pm.
