Planning changes seek PCI district in Marcus Hook zoning
Marcus Hook Planning Commission backed a consultant plan to create a Planned Commercial/Industrial district replacing the C-1 zone for the Business and Commerce Center, while other C-1 areas stay. The commission will send changes to Borough Council for approval and expand permitted uses. Public hearings to gather input on Brookhaven’s possible new post office site at Whiteley Road move forward with a six month response window.
