Wilcox Rites Will Be Held Here Friday
Funeral services for Eugene K. Wilcox who died yesterday morning will be held Friday at 11:00 from the Wiltberger home on Pine Street with Rev. G. A. Rowles officiating. Burial will be in the Dover cemetery. Born January 6, 1848 in Royalton New York he was the son of William and Cordelia Meritt Wilcox. He moved to DeKalb county in 1864 and married Mary Noyes in 1875. He lived in Kansas before returning to DeKalb. He joined the Congregational church in 1868 and was a long-time member. He was 82. Survived by his wife and siblings Norman Wilcox of Leon Kansas and Harriet Wiltberger of this city.

Mail Plane Used To Carry Help To Child
A Denver bound mail plane was held for ten minutes to transport an oxygen inhalator to a six year old girl ill with pneumonia at Broadmoor near Colorado Springs.
