The court found the defendant sound mind despite objections from the defense. The estate exceeds half a million dollars and no reconciliation statements have been issued by any party.

Village Epidemic Claims Peruna Cure for Grippe

Co T Hatfield recalls a severe la grippe outbreak in Winona Stark County Indiana. He and six family members used six bottles of Peruna per directions and recovered faster than neighbors treated by doctors. Federal contractors fined for eight hour law violation

P. J. Sarlin & Co on public works for the navy academy at Annapolis was fined 8100 and 810 for violating the eight hour work rule. The indictment charged demanding longer hours and permitting over time. In Baltimore another report notes the Queens town renamed Manchester Enterprise foundered at sea with all crew saved. A separate Windsor banquet in St George's hall featured Queen Victoria at the center of the long table.

Washington November 22 The industrial commission adjourned at noon to honor Vice President Hobart. Testimony by William D. Mahon of Detroit president of the International Association of Street Railway Employees focused on the Cleveland Street car strike stating it arose because the Big Consolidated company failed to honor its agreement with the workers.
