Harry Hudson's milk wagon was wrecked at the corner of Wayne and Third streets around 8 am while he was hitching a new team. The startled horses bolted as the Paulding band passed, ran into an iron hitching post and a maple tree, overturning the wagon and flooding the pavement with milk. Woman seeks five thousand in breach of promise suit
Estella Enslie of Lucas county sues Eli M. Keener of Hicksville township in the court of common pleas to recover 5000 damages for breach of promise to marry. She alleges they contracted to marry on December 28, 1900 with a wedding fixed for April 1, 1901, and Keener failed to keep the time. The suit lists Thos. N.
