In common pleas court on Friday James Budd pleaded guilty to criminal assault on Ella Clark a 14 year old girl and received eighteen months in the penitentiary. Charles Cline a stranger, who drove off Widmer's ice wagon and team, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one year in the penitentiary. Both defendants will be transported to Columbus next week.
