Edward P Willey files a partition suit in common pleas against Fannie M Holgate over lot 1 block 3 Holgate's second addition. Willey previously sold his half to Mrs Harley on Sept 25 1890 and now seeks to realize his share. Baker and Phelps represent the plaintiff.
