Court decides prior survey grants right of way to Toledo and Chicago interurban
In a dispute over a right of way between Toledo and Chicago Interurban and Toledo and Indiana Electric railways, Auburn court finds the Toledo and Chicago survey created the right of way before T I E ownership.
