Baptist Men Adopt Spanish Radio Broadcast Project
The Baptist Men voted to sponsor a Spanish Baptist Radio Ministry via the Pasadena Area Baptist Pastors' Conference. Churches in the county participate. The program features Jorge Olvera of Satsuma Gardens Baptist Church Pasadena. It will air fifteen minutes daily and thirty minutes on Sunday on Rosenberg station. Prime time aims to reach more Latino listeners.

Four Deer Park youths were in a three car crash Sunday at the Highway 225 and Farm Road 134 junction. Yvonne White, 2120 Plunkett, failed to yield while turning from 225 onto 134 toward the San Jacinto Monument, striking a westbound car and then a southbound car. White’s companions Sheryl Staton Patricia Page and Guy T Cox were also in the vehicle and all were taken to Bayshore Hospital for observation.
