Fall Festival Opens Thursday at Community Center
Fall Festival begins Thursday at the Community Center with booths and prizes. The event runs 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, featuring kiddie rides, moon walk, ferris wheel, and a Saturday lineup including Deer Park Junior High band, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Texas Sharpshooters, and Christy’s Casuals fashion show. Numerous booths from local groups and businesses fill the venue, with last year’s turnout around 20,000 and organizers expecting higher attendance.
