Family Style Galley Debuts in Deer Park
Sam and Betty Rawls open the Galley a family style eatery offering fresh seafood such as catfish and shrimp plus rib eye and short orders. The restaurant operates 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 12 noon to 9 p.m. Sundays at 7337 Spencer Highway near Center Street. The Galley employs a seasoned staff including six Deer Park students and several former workers.
