Wants Judge Arrested Over Alleged Oppression

D. T. Blodgett of Des Moines sought a warrant to arrest United States Judge M. J. Wade before Justice Samuel Mayes. Blodgett alleges the judge refused to issue an order to move Charles Lockard from the penitentiary to Fayette county for a rehearing. Justice Hayes denied the warrant.
