Patty Hearst, the former fugitive, met with Randolph A. Hearst and Catherine Hearst in a San Mateo County jail visiting room. The 21 year old smiled, hugged her father, and Mrs. Hearst presented flowers as they discussed her possible homecoming in a restrained one hour reunion marked by subdued emotion.
