Simple fruit desserts for family gatherings. Covers a large Strawberry Orange Parfait with sherbet whipped topping and a Lemonade Bavarian Pie using frozen concentrate and gelatin. Includes stepwise assembly, chilling tips, and yields about six to eight servings.
Whip gelatin with heater or mixer until thick and fluffy. Fold in prepared whipped topping mix. Spoon into pie shell and chill about two hours. Serve with extra whipped topping and sliced strawberries. For pudding, omit shell and serve in bowls with optional garnish. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
