Four in the case, including his parents, faced charges for arranging the masquerade to allow him to date men and pose as a police officer's son’s girl friend. Judge Scallen released the mother and Opal Irmie on bonds. the father faces a higher bond. Betty Fethersby pleaded innocent and was freed on bond to await trial.
