Morgan County seeks to condemn land for rock quarry in Decatur
In Morgan County Alabama Probate Court the county files an eminent domain action against Union Central Life Insurance Company and others to condemn two half acre parcels in Section 21 Township 7 Range 2 West for a rock quarry. Hearing set for June 30 1936 at 10 A M in Decatur Court House. interested parties may contest.
