Mental Health Care Expands Into Alabama Communities
In May Mental Health Month volunteers from the Morgan County Association for Mental Health will distribute information in Decatur and Morgan County. The North Central Alabama Mental Health Center offers counseling and services, including a 24 hour Crisis Call Center, Friendway House, and programs for education, law enforcement, schools, and hospitals. The Morgan County group, at 1216 4th Ave SE, coordinates with nine regional agencies to broaden mental health access and support.
