Limestone County commissioners unanimously refused Gaston Scott's proposal to pay one half of seven miles of Bee Line highway paving totaling about 155000 dollars. They cited the county's finances and recalled the governor and highway director's pledge that Bee Line completion would be funded with federal and state dollars.
