HARTSELLE This afternoon 21 3 funeral services for Tom Russell 54 life long resident of Valhermosa Springs will be held at Valhermosa Christian Church where he was a member. Russell died Friday at 10 30 p.m. at Bank St Hospital after six months of illness from a heart condition. A merchant for 20 years he was active in church and civic affairs and served as justice of the peace for 30 years. He was a member of the Alabama State Democratic Executive Committee and the National Farm Loan Association.
