Decatur Parking Meter Case Appeals to State Supreme Court
The Decatur parking meter test case has been appealed to the state supreme court with submission aimed by March 30 if oral argument is agreed. A bond for appeal costs is on file, and the regular May call for the eighth judicial division for supreme court appeals is noted. The suit named Paul Robinson, Charles H. Rabies Outbreak Reported in Limestone County

Demurrer Filed in Decatur Amusement Tax Suit
A demurrer to Crescent Amusement's tax suit is filed in Decatur to test grounds of the case filed February 29. If upheld, the suit may be dismissed. Freight Train and Truck Crash at Tolton Street Crossing
A freight train collided with a truck at Tolton Street crossing around 11 15 AM. No injuries were reported though spectators said the truck was dragged about 100 feet and its side caved in.
