Copeland Chooses Hartselle for $20 Million Plant
Copeland Corp of Ohio and Gov. Wallace announce a $20 million air conditioning compressor plant to be built near Hartselle along Interstate 65, employing up to 1,100 after a five to seven year build-up. The project, approved for up to $30 million in industrial revenue bonds, will sit on a 40 acre tract and create jobs phased over years.
