The Loyal Order of the Moose Post 243 hosts a barbecue at 2 p.m. for members and guests, with prizes and games for children. The Red Cross Bloodmobile operates at Point Mallard gym during the July 4 Spirit of America Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Morgan County Board of Registrars will be in session at the Spirit of America Festival at Point Mallard.

IDA Buys Industry Site For $400,000 In Decatur

Wallace Faces Lengthy Recovery After Alabama Shooting

Two Youths Charged in Morgan County Drug Raid
Morgan County deputies and DPS Narcotics Division raided a motel room Wednesday arresting Tim J. Knowlton III and Linda Joyce Lorance on illegal drug possession charges. About $500 worth of amphetamines barbiturates marijuana LSD syringes and paraphernalia were recovered.
