June Meeting of Hospital Service Group Held at Home of Mrs Ferguson
The Volunteer Hospital Service Club met at Mrs. L. L. Ferguson in Flint with reports on hospital activities and a barbecue plan for patients and staff. Donations were acknowledged from numerous groups and individuals, a birthday party was noted, and a June 30 work day was announced plus a covered dish luncheon with Miss Altha Beau. An aside offers first aid for minor burns using soap and cold water.
