Murder charges dropped against Mobile tavern owner
Mobile authorities dropped murder charges against Richard Alvin Sweetser in the June 11 pistol slaying of Junior Tillman, 42, at the Lucky Lounge after an argument. Tillman and a companion were involved in the incident, and Sweetser had claimed self defense.
