Goren on Bridge by Charles H. Goren 1963
East West vulnerability in a bridge hand as North plays VQI3 O A542 AQ1093 AK965. West opens with king of spades against four hearts. East signals with seven of spades, but West misreads and shifts to diamonds. South uses a king of clubs and East forces, leading to a grant of trumps and a complex endgame where declarer gains. West bears responsibility for giving South the chance.

Breakfast eaters can easily cover four food groups
The article emphasizes that a good breakfast supports health and can include foods from all four groups. Even simple meals like orange juice, an egg, and milk span three groups, with bread and cereals easily included via enriched self rising flour. Hot biscuits or muffins help ensure appealing, varied breakfasts.
