Special Meeting Called by New Morgan County Building and Loan
The Board calls a stockholders meeting in Decatur Alabama on July 10 1940 at 8 PM CST to form Decatur Meet Co Inc and merge assets into the realty firm for notes and stock in the realty company equal to nine tenth and ten percent respectively of book value. It also proposes dissolution of the association after organization. June 8 1940 J W Wyker president and W Moorhies secretary.
