McSherry Sent To Tuscaloosa From Limestone Jail
ATHENS Frenchie McSherry 31 of Elkmont Road moved to the state mental hospital in Tuscaloosa after a preliminary hearing. He is charged with assault with intent to kill following an incident June 4. McSherry was transferred Friday from Limestone County jail. Henry Schlosser 39 of Athens was hospitalized at Limestone County with a double skull fracture and was reported to be recovering at home.
