Three Navy Blimps Collide Kills Three Recon Bodies Recovered
Coast guards recovered three bodies and wreckage from one of two navy training blimps after a mid air collision over the Atlantic Ocean during an experimental mission. One survivor was known and nine others remained missing from the thirteen occupants of the G1 and L 2 blimps. The gondola body recovered was Lt Clinton B Rounds of Toms River.
