Doubt hung over whether a $10,000 attorneys fee suit against Decatur would go to trial as pleadings in the case of Mrs Amma Daniel and others against Miss Nannie Grow executrix of Miss Sue Crow estate were unsettled until shortly before noon. A strong Morgan county courtroom crowd was expected for the civil trial with many lawyers summoned as witnesses. The Daniels allege injuries from a Carnegie Oklahoma auto wreck that killed Miss Sue Crow and injured Mrs Daniel and Mrs Woodruff.
