Mrs Joe Norris Improves After Blood Transfusion
Mrs Joe Norris of Meridian and Decatur origin was reported to be feeling better after her 29th blood transfusion in a Meridian hospital. Gov James E Folsom arranged a C 47 airlift from Pryor Field to Decatur to collect donors. The Norris family has resided in Decatur two years and their son Richard attends George Washington University.
