Elvin Gillespie age 34, a local painter, died at 11 30 yesterday morning at his residence on Eighth Avenue West after a short illness. Funeral services will be at Morris Chapel Lawrence county at 3 o clock tomorrow afternoon with Rev E C Byars officiating. Interment in Morris cemetery McAfee. Howell and Young in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be selected as the funeral cortege leaves the Gillespie residence at 1 30 p.m. tomorrow.
