Two Negroes Held in Fatal Morgan County Shooting

Negro Youth Drowns In Tennessee River
Turner Allen a 17 year old Negro youth drowned in the Tennessee River at about 11 30 am while swimming near his Wells Street home. His body was recovered at noon and he was pronounced dead at 1 pm after failing to respond to artificial respiration.
