Man claims forced jump from moving train in local incident

Berry says he was forced to jump from a moving train after an argument with flagman and brakeman. He and his father, described as Springfield residents, sought to press a damage suit against railroad staff. Deputy J W Crabtree noted Berry rode in the baggage car without money and fled after a revolver threat. Medical aid was received at Pulaski. No suit has been filed yet.
