Arthur McCord treasurer of the Danville Chapter of Future Farmers of America will represent Morgan County at a two day meeting of State FFA officers and 66 county FFA presidents as guests of the agriculture committee of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Thursday and Friday. Carl Penn was slated to attend but cannot due to a basketball tournament. Regular singing at Gum Springs Baptist Church seven miles east of Hartselle is set for Saturday night. Flint PTA stew supper February 25 at 6 30 p m with two basketball games to follow, proceeds for PTA project.
