Handley faces new charges after hidden whiskey found
Cullman businessman Roy Handley, 38, operator of Handley’s Garage, was indicted on concealing stolen property. Officers with a search warrant uncovered 26 pints of whiskey hidden in a concrete floor hole and oil drum, plus more whiskey at his shop. Handley posted four bonds totaling 5000 dollars.
