Mr and Mrs Kenneth F Harbin announce the engagement of their daughter Donna Jean Harbin to William R Heatherly son of Mr and Mrs Mack R Heatherly of Cullman. Donna Jean is a 1970 Arab High School graduate and works for the Marshall County Sheriff's Department in Guntersville. William R Heatherly is a Cullman High School graduate who attended St Bernard College and works for Culpepper Mobile Home Sales in Cullman. The wedding is set for February 2 at 7 p.m. at the Grassy Church of Christ.
